This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Check in very easy. Directions to the location accurate. First, the home is exceptionally clean, and decor is very nice, simple lines and neutral colors. To keep the home nice and tidy, there are some things not there that is nice to have, like coffee filters and some sugar packets, but if staying longer than two days, you can have this delivered. The apartment offers two bedrooms. Both rooms have very comfortable beds. Ceiling fan with lights. One bedroom has a TV, (which is nice since I fall asleep to it). The kitchen is large and open to the living room. TV in living room is big and clear. Lots of channels on both TV's. The stand-up shower has good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bathroom was spotless. Plenty of towels. A great addition is the parking, which is literally right next to the home, only a few feet away. Very walkable for us and if you can't walk over 20 minutes then simply order an UBER. The walk into town was easy and lots to see.

We got stuck down south due to weather and quickly booked this rental for the following day. After having been staying in a hotel for the previous few nights it felt like home walking through the door. The home is beautiful, full of character, and extremely peaceful (yes you are near the hospital but if you live in a city you won’t even notice any noise). There was a cute bag of coffee waiting for us when we walked in, and the toiletries were top notch in the bathroom (maybe I’m going to buy that brand at home!) Also the shower is awesome! The house is walkable to downtown and also so accessible to get over to Folly. There were plenty of cafes to walk to (check out Bad Bunnies Coffee on Spring) and restaurants. Less than a half a mile away is a brand new Publix as well. Oh, and the parking! So awesome to have a nice long driveway to park I would love to stay here again next time I visit.

Our Charleston stay was great. Parking for 3 spots is rare…. was able to walk to some restaurants but Ubered to others further away. Beds were very comfortable and unit was well stocked. Alittle noisy when ambulances went by but never woke us up. Communication with the YOURPAD group was fantastic-quick responding and helpful.

The home was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay, and was in a good location to walk to a few local shops/restaurants and still easy Uber to downtown. There is a lot of noise from traffic and sirens from the nearby hospital. Hosts were very communication and always quick to respond to any questions.
