This house if perfect for a large group
This house if perfect for a large group. We had plenty of space to move around without feeling cramped. Plenty of bathrooms and mirrors for getting ready as well.
We stayed here with a large group of 13, and it was perfect for our needs
We stayed here with a large group of 13, and it was perfect for our needs! The home is charming, beautifully decorated, and has plenty of space for everyone to relax and gather. The location is excellent, close enough to walk to King Street, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the bar scene.
The hosts were friendly, kind and incredible responsive throughout the planning process and during our stay!

We booked this home for our quarterly executive off-site and it exceeded every expectation. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and the we even booked the hosts recommended grocery delivery team to load us up with snacks and breakfast items prior to our arrival. They went above and beyond by wrapping gift bags for each executive before we arrived. Communication was excellent! The hosts are responsive, kind, and proactive about checking in with us throughout our stay.
The décor is phenomenal! Very lively, fun, and full of thoughtful details, yet still SO cozy. The large dining table and spacious living room comfortably fit our whole team for meetings, and there was plenty of room across the property to either gather together or spread out for focus time.
Couldn’t recommend this place more for business retreats or group stays.

Everything about this house was terrific! We know it will be difficult to top the value for our next rental. And Shane was amazing every step of the way! His response time each time I reached out was record breaking!

Large home close to King Street. Clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. Easily fit our group of 16 between the two houses. Very responsive to all our questions. Was nervous about the construction next door but never heard any noise. I would recommend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The stairs were more than we anticipated for our group with a baby. Would be fine without small children. The rooms and beds were great and the bathrooms were good. The location was harder due to construction next door and blocked access to the place but once that is cleared up, it would be better. The 4 car parking is for midsize and smaller. We had a van and a truck and had to find off site paid parking. The AC was great on the second and third levels but had a hard time keeping up in the kitchen and on the main floor. Some minor repairs and light bulb replacement would help. The kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking and the laundry was very helpful. The half bath and second floor bathrooms don't lock. The outside chairs and tables were not useable due to the construction and dust from next door but again, that would be cleared up later. I would check in if the construction is done before you book.

We had a great stay! House was as described, host was responsive and helpful, location was nice and convenient.
As a large group, we used all bedrooms. The bathroom situation makes it a bit tricky with 3 rooms to 1 shared bathroom upstairs.
Any questions, issues (small), were responded to right away.
We were unaware of the construction next door (the listing now states it but didn’t when we booked). It was very loud and disruptive but thankfully not over the weekend.
Overall was a great stay and would recommend for a large group.
