Neighborhood

The neighborhood is very quiet and one of the most peaceful streets on the island yet only a 5-minute walk to the beach. The IOP recreational department with free tennis courts, basketball courts, a soccer pitch, a big kids playground and a dog park is. short walk away. There is a Harris Teeter grocery store, lots of restaurants and a handful of shops on the island as well as Wild Dunes Resort with two golf courses, the Marina and boat ramp. Sullivans Island is just a 10 minute drive with Fort Moultrie and great restaurants. Take the connector over to Mount Pleasant for a stroll on Pitt Street Bridge and amazing views of the Charleston Harbor and Inter-coastal waterway. Paddle board with Dolphins at Shem Creek or head on over the Cooper River bridge for historical walking tours, carriage rides, local markets, boutique shopping and all the amazing restaurants on offer in downtown Charleston.

There is driveway parking that can easily fit 4 vehicles in the driveway. NO additional cars are allowed, as Isle of Palms has very strict parking rules. *Any additional cars parked at the home will be towed at the guest's expense*

Golf Cart Rentals are very popular on the Island and you can use them to go to the grocery store, restaurants, and beach access. The Island speed limit is 25 MPH and strictly enforced so slowing down and getting into the Island groove is easy!

The space was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed—and more. The host truly went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Communication was excellent, and every detail reflected care and intention. It made such a difference for our group, especially with a full schedule, we were able to relax and recharge in such a peaceful environment. The location was perfect, and the home itself had such a great atmosphere. You can tell a lot of heart has been put into this place. We are so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth, comfortable, and memorable stay!

We found this place last minute for spring break. It’s a great house, super comfortable and roomy in a great neighborhood. A short walk to the beach and Harris Teeter is close by for groceries. We had two adults and four teenagers. Isle of Palms is beautiful and we will be back and would definitely stay again!
