We come to Charleston every few months and decided to try this place after seeing it online
We come to Charleston every few months and decided to try this place after seeing it online. The positives: very large space, easy to spread out and feel comfortable. We also thought it was very clean with comfy beds and plenty of amenities.
Our downsides here were “on site parking”, which was actually in a parking garage down the block (albeit, a quick walk), but “on site” it is not- and definitely made lugging bags a bit of a nuisance.
We had a few issues upon check in (wet towels and a clogged sink), which were both fixed after messaging the host promptly, but not an incredible first impression.
We are from a city and street noise doesn’t bother us- what did bother us was the band across the street playing until midnight on a Tuesday/Wednesday night. We actually didn’t use one of the bedrooms because we couldn’t
sleep.
Some other things to note were very low water pressure, marks on all the walls, and loud neighbors.
For the price, I expected a bit more. I’d say 7/10

fantastic location - walkable to many spots
fantastic location - walkable to many spots. great place, the layout was perfect and really enjoyed some downtime in the afternoons playing pool. one suggestion is we would have loved some real wine glasses as opposed to the all purpose option. but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing penthouse perfectly located in downtown Charleston. Extremely clean and spacious. I would stay here over most hotels in Charleston. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location and amenities for anyone who likes to be within walking distance of great restaurants and retail, but likes luxury-n-comfort when a bit of alone time is needed. Some of our favorite Charleston hotels just lost customers in my wife and me when we’re back in town.
