The house is in a very good location
The house is in a very good location, very close to King Street, with plenty of great cafés and restaurants nearby. The beach is also only about 20 minutes away, which was very convenient.
However, there was ongoing construction very close to the house during our entire stay. The construction was extremely noisy and continued throughout most of the day. On some days, the work started as early as 5:00 AM and continued until 7:00 or even 8:00 PM.
Unfortunately, this meant that we were regularly woken up very early in the morning by the construction noise. Overall, the location is great, but the nearby construction significantly affected our stay and made it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably.

My friends and I had a great stay in this house! It was an amazing location for our day on King Street and super close to restaurants and shopping. The place was well maintained and overall a nice home base!

Great place to stay in an recently updated part of downtown. En suite bathrooms were super convenient. The house was a bit warm during the day BUT that is to be expected in July in Charleston. Cooled down significantly at night for a peaceful rest.

The Airbnb was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable! It was nice and cool inside despite it being so hot outside! Really appreciated how quick the hosts were to respond if anything came up and how helpful they were each step of the way. Really loved the high ceilings and easy checkout process. Would definitely stay here again.

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay here. We felt right at home and found the home very cozy and welcoming. We were able to walk to places to eat and shop. We also really appreciated the on site parking. As a family with 4 younger kids, we really liked the dedicated parking spots being right by the back door. We read reviews about noise complaints because of nearby construction but we didn’t find it to be an issue. We travel with our own white noise and that was sufficient! The home also provided some of their own but in my opinion, they weren’t very loud. Overall, we do recommend this home if you’re a larger family or have many guests.

We came to Charleston for the week and somehow found this amazing deal. We managed to stay within our budget while being in downtown Charleston. The house was beautiful, located perfectly, and spotless. We will be back here frequently!

The home was very charming, clean and spacious. We really enjoyed staying there. Outside was very busy due to the construction but was fairly quiet during the weekend.

Very spacious and clean! Having a bathroom for each bedroom was great, beds were very comfortable and there were several pillows of different firmness to choose from which doesn’t happen often! The living room was cozy, lots of natural light when the blinds were open. The location is so close to King Street and many restaurants. We even walked to the open air market and restaurants in the historic area. Our hosts responded quickly to any question, but the information provided was very clear so we didn’t have many. Off street parking fit our Highlander and the keypad entry worked easily. Definitely would stay again.
