There was a lot of construction going on nearby which we did not anticipate
There was a lot of construction going on nearby which we did not anticipate, but the place was very cute and cozy. We loved how it was set on a more quiet street, but incredibly walkable to all of king street so we did not need to rent a car for our week long stay. Overall great experience and the most comfortable bed which was a plus!

The Airbnb - so cute! The washer and dryer is a nice perk. It was so hot during my stay, I definitely took the opportunity to wash clothes. I loved the rooftop deck.
The location - A very easy walk to King Street. Parking was just around the corner. D’allesadros pizza is located a few steps away and was a great late night dinner option. There are 3 other units on the property, but it still feels private. The construction is still going on, but it stopped and started at reasonable times. It was not an issue.
The host - The instructions were clear and I didn’t have any issues during my stay. I had one question about a possible late night arrival and they answered promptly.

My wife and I loved our stay
My wife and I loved our stay! Host was incredibly responsive, even after we had an issue (totally our fault, not the hosts) around 11:00pm during our trip. Got us taken care of! Easy walk to the bus stop, or a simple walk to King Street for all the fun. Had everything we needed!
