Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Loved the rooftop deck! The space was clean and the host was flexible regarding pets. The neighborhood seemed safe and was walkable to King Street and all the shops and restaurants. We would stay again.

The place is really cute. The parking sports are helpful to have since parking is scarce in that area. Not a far walk from places and quick drive down into French Quarter. They were also very responsive and helpful when I needed help.

We had a great nights stay here. It was in the perfect location and very walkable to a ton of shops and restaurants. There was construction quite early in the morning on the street over, so just a warning regarding that. Also just be sure to check for linens for the pull out couch before 2:30 am 😂

Great spot in the heart of Charleston. Rooftop patio was a nice perk. Location was perfect- you can walk pretty much anywhere. Only criticism isn’t related to the host but the city. Garbage on the streets for 3 days. Smelled terrible and really detracts from the charm. Would highly recommend this host and would definitely book again with them.
