Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

We had a great stay at this property! Clean and as described. The parking is around the block, but super easy to navigate. The location is fabulous and the pizza on the corner is to die for. Our only challenge was garbage on take out day and not being returned right away.

After 3 Airbnb’s in Charleston this year alone….This rental finally gets my 5 stars. Sadly, a lot of Charleston rentals are used hard by Bach. Parties and it shows. Even worse the last two rentals smell of mildew or mold through either in the HVAC or becuase they have flooded. This property is stand alone, quiet and made for real traveling renters. Perfect for a couple and no one else. I dont want to host, I want to feel clean and actually rest between work days. I will continue to rent this location and their other offerings.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and the experience was absolutely amazing. The location was very close to downtown Charleston so we were able to walk everywhere. It was private so we were able to relax on the patio and enjoy a glass of wine. The home itself was just as described and very clean. We are very happy with our stay and HIGHLY recommend staying here.

It was perfect for our family of three. The space was clean, comfortable and a great location. We didn’t cook much inside and the fridge is tiny so I’m glad we didn’t do much shopping. No grill upstairs. The bathtub/shower was delightful The construction they mention is there, but seems well underway, maybe past the point of jack hammers, so noise wasn’t an issue for us. We stayed midweek and got a good deal. Would reccomend!

Loved the rooftop deck! The space was clean and the host was flexible regarding pets. The neighborhood seemed safe and was walkable to King Street and all the shops and restaurants. We would stay again.

The place is really cute. The parking sports are helpful to have since parking is scarce in that area. Not a far walk from places and quick drive down into French Quarter. They were also very responsive and helpful when I needed help.

We had a great nights stay here

We had a great nights stay here. It was in the perfect location and very walkable to a ton of shops and restaurants. There was construction quite early in the morning on the street over, so just a warning regarding that. Also just be sure to check for linens for the pull out couch before 2:30 am 😂
