Great stay- we were in town for the Charleston half and this gorgeously designed listing was in a great location. The parking is tight and there are separate units with different codes, but that’s Charleston. You can tell the interiors have been carefully curated and optimized for space and design. There’s a reason it’s won awards. Overall a recommended stay.

I would highly recommend this home for a large group. We had 6 couples staying here over Thanksgiving weekend. It was a perfect choice! Great location! Easy walk to King street and other Charleston sites - restaurant, bars, shopping. The home was very spacious, comfortable, well thought out, and had everything we needed. During our stay we did have a couple questions. The response was quick and very helpful. Communication was top notch! We would definitely stay here again!

This place was great for 6 couples (12 people) to experience Charleston. It allowed for us each to have our own private bedroom and bathroom along with common space to hang out and talk. The location is very convenient for walking to many attractions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Fantastic location - safe and only a two-block walk from the "it" street in town. Very clean house with everything you'd need for your stay. Good air conditioning. Very nicely decorated. We had a great time!! I'd note that the 7th bed listed (the one outside of the six bedrooms) is best used by children - personally we found it not a bed for an adult. Additionally, since there is no bathroom outside of en suites on that floor, if you are on the 7th bed futon there is also no way to use a bathroom (at night, etc) without walking through someone's bedroom or walking outside of the building and up the external stairs to the only bathroom in the house that is accessed from a hallway rather than an en suite bathroom. For this reason, we ended up putting one of our friends up in a local hotel since the 7th bed would not have served an adult well and it would have been awkward for him to have to go through someone's bedroom at night (or go outside and up the stairs) to use a bathroom.
