This Airbnb was a dream
This Airbnb was a dream. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the home. My only regret is that we could not stay longer. I highly recommend staying at this location….10/10
If you’re looking for a home within walking distance of the beach
If you’re looking for a home within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and ice cream—and less than 20 minutes from downtown Charleston—this is the perfect place to stay. The hosts are very responsive to questions and quick to resolve any issues that may arise.
The home had everything our family needed to feel right at home. The bathrooms were fully stocked with soap, toilet paper, towels, and washcloths, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The decks overlooking the beautiful waterway offered views that were impossible to ignore.
We will definitely be back!

It’s a wonderful, clean place just as pictured
It’s a wonderful, clean place just as pictured. Short drive to the beach or a 15 min walk. Plenty of beach essentials (chairs, beach towels, wagon, children’s toys, canopy, and more) that all came in handy. The host was very responsive to our communication. Having a washer and dryer that worked nice also came in handy. The deck and rooftop felt amazing to sit outside and enjoy the views and weather. Kitchen was very up to date with appliances.The one hiccup worth mentioning was that the elevator didn’t work while we were there. We spoke to the host and they had someone come out to fix the elevator quickly and the guy got it to work but shortly thereafter he left, it stopped again. It wasn’t an issue for us but if you need a wheelchair accessible place it could be for you. Overall I would recommend this place to stay and think it’s worth the price especially for the area and closeness to Folly.

Perfect place to celebrate the 4th of July at Folly beach. Easy to get in and out of and a short walk to all the excitement and beach.
We had a lovely stay at the Blue Starfish
We had a lovely stay at the Blue Starfish. It’s away from the crowds of Folly Beach, but can easily walk there within 10 minutes. The home was well kept and spacious, with gorgeous views of the marsh.

The house was great—very clean, and everything we needed was provided. The location was excellent, as you could easily walk or drive across the bridge and be at the beach within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.
We loved this cottage
We loved this cottage. We could watch gorgeous sunsets from the top deck, and it was just a short walk over the bridge into Folly Beach town for restaurants and lots of chill live music. It had great views, plenty of room, comfy beds, and felt very family‑friendly — we’d definitely stay here again.
