We stayed in the identical house next door last spring and loved the location
We stayed in the identical house next door last spring and loved the location. The balcony and rooftop views of the water are stunning and very peaceful in the off season. The huge kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals. Large comfy couch and a great selection of cards and games to play. It’s very walkable to go into town and to the beach without having to drive. Unfortunately the elevator didn’t work. Not a big deal, but would have been nice getting groceries up 3 floors and luggage. We had a nice relaxing week, and would definitely return.
Without being rude
Without being rude, we really just didn't really get the overall experience we thought we would while staying at the property. When paying the high price we did per night, we expected a seamless, worry-free and enjoyable stay.
The biggest issues we experienced were appliances that did not work (dishwasher, garbage disposal, clothing washer and some ceiling fans and lights), odd smell in the house, broken lamps, and a unfavorable location for the property (it's located right off of the main road into Folly Beach before you get to the Folly River so it's loud and busy). The host was responsive, but didn't fix anything while we were there and we didn't really want to deal with it during the three days that we stayed.
The house was fairly clean, but we could tell it had seen it's fair share of boozy nights and entertaining through the wear and smell of the home. Just not a great place to stay for a family of five...maybe a great place to stay for a group of eight collegiate bros.

Enjoyed this place very much!! Walkable to the beach and restaurants, etc. great view of the water and dolphins from the porches of the house. Great rooftop area for viewing!!

Beautiful home. Clean and updated very close to folly beach and a short drive to downtown Charleston. Would come back here for sure.

This home was absolutely beautiful
This home was absolutely beautiful. The spectacular view from the rooftop is unbelievable. The kitchen is extremely well stocked plenty of towels. Plenty of beach towels plenty of beach chairs. The management team is very quick to return replies. I would rent this place again in a minute.❤️

LOVED this home & location! The views were incredible. Easy to get to everything. The house was super clean and had SO many supplies for use. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!! Fast response times as well from the host. Thank you!!
