I stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was absolutely PERFECT
I stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was absolutely PERFECT!! The inside was clean, and well decorated making it feel very much like a home. Front porch was amazing for sunrise and a cup of coffee and we could easily walk to things around us. 10/10 recommend for a large group Airbnb. The host warned us about there being a new restaurant below but it was no problem at all and no noise disturbances.
Great spot for larger groups
Great spot for larger groups. Not as close to the bars and restaurants as we wanted , but we really liked the Italian restaurant down stairs and the coffee shop right around the corner. Also has this late night Philly cheesesteak joint right across the street. All in all great place and would recommend!

The house was great and very walkable to restaurants and shops (babas coffee, co-op sandwiches, fuel Mexican, and Hermosa jewelry). Note that it is two separate units that can be accessed via steps/porch. The house was very spacious which was great for our group. We did have a couple issues including a few bugs and a smelly port-a-potty from the construction outside but the host was responsive about this. Also note that some rooms have a window unit for AC and some do not so temps may vary. We also had to pay for early check in, which was understandable but something I haven’t had to do for other airbnbs.

Our group had a wonderful time during our stay, located right in downtown! Wished parking was a little more accessible for the location and a heads up on how any stairs and units dont open up into each other but overall we had a wonderful time!

The home is beautiful and looks just like the pictures, which is definitely a plus! However, we did encounter a few issues. The property is not handicap accessible, as there are many steps. Additionally, the parking spaces are located about two blocks away, and if you have more than two cars, you will need to pay for the extra parking.
We did notice some roaches, but we were informed that they are only palmetto bugs, which are still in the roach family. Thankfully, the host arranged for an exterminator to come by on Thanksgiving Day to help address the issue. We were concerned about potentially taking any unwanted critters home with us. We requested reimbursement for the inconveniences we experienced, but we have not yet received a response from them regarding THIS matter. It's also worth noting that the house is situated on a busy road, directly across from a bar, so if you're a light sleeper, you might find the noise bothersome. On the positive side, the host was very responsive!
