Perfect house for a 12-person stay
Perfect house for a 12-person stay. We rented both A and B units and each was perfectly clean, well stocked, and exactly matched description. Ladies loved the bunk beds - full size with chargers and lights. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. YOURPAD communicated proactively with helpful information, and they responded quickly to the one or two questions we had in advance. The location on Spring Street is walkable to nearly everything. You have to expect some street noise on Spring Street on the weekend, but that's the location. We loved the house and would stay again!!!

Beautiful spot just off king
Beautiful spot just off king! Able to walk to most places we came to visit. Lots of Ubers around so never had any issues getting around. Clean with plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the stay!

Thank you for your quick communication throughout our stay—the host team was excellent and very responsive. We also loved the location and the size of the home, which worked well for our group.
However, we were disappointed with the overall condition of the property, especially for the price. The house showed noticeable wear and tear, including chipped paint and general cleanliness issues. All of the showers had drainage problems, causing water to pool and smell, and one of the bedrooms had a considerable bug issue.
We understand it’s an older home, but improvements like deeper cleaning, fixing drainage, and providing newer towels and sheets would make a big difference. The location and layout are great, so we hope future guests will have an improved experience once these concerns are addressed.

8 of us rented the whole house. Accommodations were exactly as described. Very clean and well furnished. The location was very walkable;close to King Street and DASH free bus.
A perfect place for a reunion of sorority sisters who pledged 55 years ago. We toured Charleston and enjoyed lounging at the home catching up.
