If you are looking for a cozy cottage feel, this is the place to stay
If you are looking for a cozy cottage feel, this is the place to stay. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the best towards the end of our stay. Temps were well below freezing! The water pipes froze even with running the water faucets continuously. Our host was gracious in letting us into another property down the street to take our last shower. Host was very responsive all throughout our stay. Other than mother nature's storm, we had a nice stay!

We loved this cottage with the beautiful views. This was a quick trip to celebrate my 65th birthday. There was a Folly‘s Island street fair that we attended during the day. We ate at the lovely restaurants and enjoyed coming home and fixing a big meal for the family and cooking around the fire pit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This stay couldn’t have been any better
This stay couldn’t have been any better! We were celebrating my graduation and birthday this past week and had such a wonderful time! The house was absolutely perfect and the owner was so kind to us! We will definitely be staying again soon. Highly recommend this stay if you are looking for a private and beautiful spot! Great place to spend time with friends and family.

The house was as advertised, great location on the marsh and across from the beach. Full kitchen amenities and the hottest electric stove I’ve ever used! We took full advantage of the rooftop deck, the firepit and the screened back porch.
This was a totally fine rental
This was a totally fine rental. Not the best and not the worst. I personally thought it was overpriced for what it offered, especially in the offseason when we stayed. It is nothing special but has the basics. If what you are looking for is a beach cottage with limited bedrooms with close proximity to two beach accesses and a nice view over the marsh with no frills, then this is a totally fine place for you. That said, hopefully the loud construction two houses down is completed by the time you stay as it was quite disruptive to our stay.
The sleeping situation would be cramped for anything other than a small family. The two bedrooms are petite but had soft beds that my wife found very comfortable. There are pull out beds in a common area, but that would not offer a lot of privacy. And with only one full bathroom, any more than 4-5 people would be a challenge.

Location! Location! Location! This Airbnb is right on the marsh with the beach and beach access just across the street. In addition, it’s an easy walk to the beautiful light house. The rooftop deck affords extra beautiful bird’s eye views of the marsh and a little peak of the ocean across the street. The hosts are extremely communicative, kind, understanding, and reasonable. We appreciated their immediate response when we encountered an issue and they were extremely helpful and reasonable. We had a great stay.
