Great location. Clean. Cozy is right. Nowhere to really sit at a table and eat. But we knew that going in. Very small suggestions. But need to switch out the toilet paper holder downstairs. Place is nice and it has seen better days. And add salt and pepper. They have spices. But no salt and pepper. But would stay again.

Overall, we had a good stay
Overall, we had a good stay. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, and the location was definitely the highlight. It’s within walking distance to everything, and we found ourselves making multiple walks each day, which was incredibly convenient.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size, although the living room was a bit smaller than expected. The property could use some general upkeep and a deeper cleaning. There were a few holes in the walls, spider webs in some areas, the kitchen trash can was pretty dirty, and it would have been nice to have trash cans in the bathrooms. None of these were deal breakers, but addressing them would make the stay even better.
Overall, if you’re looking for a place in a fantastic, walkable location, this is a solid option.

This Charleston property was perfectly located off Spring Street within easy walking distance to King Street and downtown! For runners, it is an easy jaunt up Line Street to hit the foot of the running/bike path over the beautiful Ravenel Bridge. And the beaches are 20 minutes away!!

A couple tips for prospective renters -
The only dining table is outside and the light out there only works with a motion sensor, but with sooooo many restaurants within walking distance ( Xiao Bao Biscuit and Kultura were fantastic), just eat out!
The parking space is pretty narrow with a gate so if you’re renting a car, get one on the smaller side.
And that’s all I got. The neighborhood is super cute and walkable. The unit is cozy but designed well to give everyone private space. The bathrooms are pristine. The kitchen works best for reheating leftovers which is perfect for the area, honestly. It’s only a mile to the Charleston River Dogs ballpark (you should drive and park) and I never miss fireworks Friday games when I come down. It’s my fave minor league ballpark and I’ve been to quite a few. Overall it was just a wonderful stay that I would be happy to repeat.
