Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. This includes all living areas, the fully equipped kitchen, the private upstairs balcony with seating, and the convenience of dedicated off-street parking.

This little house was so charming, convenient, and comfortable. Our family of 5 had so much fun staying in this place in Charleston. We loved all of the colors, the old books, and incredibly comfortable beds. Having parking right under the home was amazing. The little coffee shop right next door was a fun little surprise. The home smelled wonderful, was clean, and stocked with everything we needed for the week. We would definitely book here again. Thank you so much for everything!

The property was amazing. Clean and modern, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing or to come together as a group and hang out. The location is great too. Close enough to the action that it's very walkable to get to but far enough out that you can still have a quiet evening outside. As others have stated, yes, there is construction near by but once you're here, you're going to realize there's construction everywhere. They don't start too early and finish at a reasonable time. Unless you're hyper focused on it, it just slips into the background noise of the city. If I had to go out of my way to list any negatives, it does take a while for the hot water to get to the faucets. The parking space is also a little tight if you have a larger vehicle but it's also covered, so, good with the bad.We had a great stay and would 100% stay again!

Very cute and cozy! The only issue was parking. The parking space is perfect for a car or very small SUV. In addition another guest didn’t follow the assigned parking space rule, so we had to utilize another space, thank goodness there was another space available or we would have been on the street walking.
