The place was clean and minimal
The place was clean and minimal. The only thing negative I thought was walk ability to other restaurants towards downtown. Maybe I’m a bit lazy but a 30 minute walk is not what i consider close. Otherwise, great stay!
This spot's on the ground floor
This spot's on the ground floor. The lock system was a breeze to use. They hooked us up with coffee pods, sugar, a water filter, and creamer. The dishwasher was super easy to use. The apartment even had a great washer and dryer with laundry pods.
Unit 109 was perfect for us
Unit 109 was perfect for us. The main reason is that it is on ground level. And since my wife uses a walker, it limits where we can stay. Also, the recliner was very comfortable for her.
We appreciated the private parking and modern appliances. The unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked so that you really do not need more than your personnel items or any food you might need. The unit is in the historic district, which we found to be walkable.
The entry code did not work when we first arrived. It was quickly resolved by the host.
We would stay here again.

The unit was spacious, comfortable and clean
The unit was spacious, comfortable and clean. It’s in an older home/building like so much of Charleston which made it all the more charming. Several brick walls inside added to the historic and unique setting. The neighborhood was quiet and walking most places was easy and enjoyable. We would love to stay there again someday!

Great apartment
Great apartment! Perfect for our getaway in Charleston. Extremely clean, comfortable and cozy space. We walked everywhere and enjoyed all of the local restaurants and attractions. Robert is an excellent host and very responsive. 5 stars!
