2nd time staying here. Great place to stay! Near everything. 4 guys staying here for work. Plenty of privacy for each of them. All was neat and very clean. Thanks for hosting us AGAIN! We will be back!

We had four guys staying here for work in downtown Charleston
We had four guys staying here for work in downtown Charleston. They always like staying in a house instead of a hotel; and it's much more reasonable than paying for 4 hotel rooms. They could not say ENOUGH about this place. They loved the layout. It was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Cute space and great location, close to a lot of things
Cute space and great location, close to a lot of things. The beds were very comfortable, and it was great to have bathrooms in each room. We really enjoyed breakfast at Co-op which is about 10 min walking distance. King street is about a 15-20 min walk. Neighborhood was nice.

Although we weren’t able to stay in this unit as originally planned, the hosts were very accommodating and upgraded us to another property. Everything was handled smoothly and with great communication. We really appreciate their flexibility and hospitality, and would gladly book with them again!
