I am an avid Airbnb-er, and this was one of the TOP stays we have had. The place was perfect! Decor was playful and beautifully appointed. Comfortable furniture (thank you!) - great little kitchen for cooking. Loved the porch and the fresh breeze. The four bedrooms were all similar so everyone was happy! Amazing to have three bathrooms. We highly recommend this place. The parking was a little difficult to find at first, but once we did find it, we felt like a local!

There are not enough words to explain how incredible this home is! My husband and I hadn't been on a vacation in over 6 years and we were lucky enough to find this gem to spend a little anniversary getaway, and it couldn't have been more spectacular. Lots of things to see on local walks and close to restaurants too . Some people mentioned that the parking is tight, which it is, but we have a very large SUV and we were able to fit just fine . We were so sad to leave, it surely felt like home.
Great location for our visit
Great location for our visit. Easy walk to the college, king street and many great restaurants and cafes within 2 blocks. This location is positioned on a quiet street with lots of local attractions, yet close to all that Historic Charleston has to offer. We had everything we needed for our stay and more. Clean, neat and decor was stylish. The covered porch was amazing. Would have loved to had a fan in the bedrooms but leaving the window open worked too. You won't be Disappointed .
Booked a last minute trip to the Charlee to celebrate my husband's birthday
Booked a last minute trip to the Charlee to celebrate my husband's birthday. Gorgeous place! No expense was spared with the finishes & decor. Beds were comfy, the apartment had bath essentials (soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion), & the tvs in every room were great when our kids needed some alone time. The location is perfect, super walkable to breakfast/dinner spots & awesome coffee. Check in instructions were very clear. Loved that the unit came with a parking spot & an elevator. Bedrooms have DOHM sound machines, but we didn't notice any disruptive outdoor noise. Sadly we chose a weekend where a freak winter storm hit Charleston, but the property managers were great, sharing instructions to ensure the pipes wouldn't freeze. There was a weather-related issue with the hot water heater, but they were really kind, offering to move us to another rental (we declined) & giving a late check upon our request. Issues weren't their fault, but they dealt with them promptly & professionally!

My stay was excellent. The condo was clean upon arrival and everything was in good condition. Host was responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This was the best Airbnb that we have stayed in in Charleston (and we've stayed in a lot of them). Very easy to find, easy parking, quiet, beautiful space, very responsive hosts. We will be back!
Great new space in a great neighborhood
Great new space in a great neighborhood. Walkable to King and even closer to some great restaurants and bars with less crowds. Would definitely stay there again.

the apartment was very cute and clean; the location made it very walkable to downtown. spacious layout with a nice balcony. when issues came up (driving directions incorrect, elevator not working, unavailable parking) the host was quick to respond. all beds had what felt like VERY firm mattresses; walls are thin so you hear EVERYTHING that's happening on the streets (sound machines are provided and you'll need them). the parking situation was less than ideal with only one parking spot allowance for two adult couples (coming in from 2 different parts of the country) staying in a 4 BR apt with no realistic street parking options or alternatives - which proved to be a real problem during our stay with other guests who just didn't have anywhere to park either. honestly, this was an okay stay that served it's purpose, but I don't know that I'd stay again.

The place was adorable. It was clean and spacious. It was exactly as shown in pics. The communication w the Charlee staff was amazing and quick returns. We loved this place. Location was amazing too. Great coffee place downstairs and quick walk to King Street. Will definitely return.

Such a beautiful and perfect spot for a girl’s weekend! I was obsessed with the styling, design, and the thoughtfulness of every detail. We were a bit nervous at first that it was too far from King Street, but it wasn’t. It was a short and enjoyable walk, even in high heels! 100% recommend.
