We had a great mother-daughter stay here
We had a great mother-daughter stay here! The home was very cute with just the right amount of space for three women. I would say it’s important to note that the main living space and primary bedroom were on the second floor. I was glad we had rented a compact car - the driveway is narrow and it’s a little tricky getting in and out of. The home had everything we needed - we did a little bit of cooking each day, and there were 2 grocery stores within a mile. There were a few minor issues that came up and the hosts were super responsive and very respectful of our privacy and working around our schedules. The main historic area was a little too far to walk, but we were definitely within walking distance of some great restaurants.
The shower was incredibly small
The shower was incredibly small. If someone is renting the other unit, parking can be a bit tricky, Fortunately, they were at the unit and didn’t decide to walk somewhere when we knocked on their door to ask if they could move their car. Other than that, the place was very clean.

We had a good stay
We had a good stay. The property is as pictured/described. We had several maintenance issues that the host was very proactive about fixing. The bathrooms, and showers in particular, are tiny, a large person literally would not fit in the 2’x2’ shower stalls. Not an issue for us but just a heads up. We did struggle with the heating leaving downstairs chilly and upstairs roasting, the host plans to look into it. Overall a perfectly nice stay in a good location.

The pad was exceptionally clean and nicely set up, the only thing i had a problem with was the parking, wr didnt hardly have any space for parking and it was located behind another pad so when they come we had to wait until they left to be able to leave the pad, but other than that the house was a perfect little tiny home 😊😊

Great place, very clean and on a quiet street while being close enough to King St. Everything is within a 30 minute walk distance too. Very proactive and responsive host as well!

We had an excellent stay in this appartement during Thanksgiving weekend and we enjoyed cooking dinner there in the well stocked kitchen. Clean, comfortable, and modern place! A bit pricey for the location : The area is a bit outside of downtown Charleston - note you still need a car to go to historic downtown; and located near a construction area (although we were not bothered at all by any noise during our stay). The owner was very responsive to our needs. Thank you !

I had a great stay! It was everything I planned for… comfortable beds and very easy to find! They accommodated a last minute stay for me which was super helpful and very responsive hosts.

It is walking distance to everything downtown, was perfectly furnished and all three beds were very comfortable.
I would certainly stay here again on my next trip to Charleston!!
