Great place! Very convenient and walkable to nearby bars and restaurants. Very nice common area for hanging out together. Loved our stay here!

Our family enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was walkable which came in helpful since parking downtown can be tricky. The home was clean and looked just like the pictures shown. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone!

Unfortunately we ended up cutting our stay short at this rental and only stayed one night. We booked based on the description that it was family-friendly, but that was not our experience. It seems clear the unit has been used frequently for party weekends — the furniture is quite worn and the couch felt noticeably dirty.
We also ran into an issue with palmetto bugs (which are related to cockroaches if you look them up). To be fair, the host did offer to send someone out to address the bugs and help clean, and we appreciated the quick response.
Our biggest issue, however, was the noise. The unit sits on a very busy corner and it was unbearable to sleep. After the late foot traffic and car noise finally slowed down, there was construction activity, followed by garbage trucks around 5am. The listing mentions “some” noise, but this felt highly understated. I would not recommend this place for anyone who is sensitive to nighttime noise.
