Modern and conveniently located, just a short walk to the beach. The apartment's images and description were accurate. Communication was clear and helpful.

I did not rate this apartment a 5 because the door lock was broken, we had issues getting in and out but, they did send someone to replace the lock quickly. We were on the 2nd floor in The Frances, lots of noise from the 2nd floor and from the apartment beside us. We enjoyed the apartment but, not sure I would rent again because of the noise of people walking and kids running.

We had a fantastic stay at this Folly Beach Airbnb. The location was excellent, with easy beach access just a short walk away. It was also an easy walk into downtown Folly Beach. A bit longer, but definitely manageable and enjoyable.
The house had everything we needed, from beach towels to travel-sized shower essentials, which made packing and settling in much easier. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining the property.
The neighborhood was quiet, relaxing, and had the perfect laid-back Folly Beach vibe. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would absolutely book it again.

This was our first time to Folly Beach and the accommodations and location did not disappoint
This was our first time to Folly Beach and the accommodations and location did not disappoint. We walked to Center Street everyday to browse shops, eat great food, and just explore. This place was a blend of the perfect walking distance to shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We appreciated the beach wasn’t as crowded near our place. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Very clean and very close to the beach. Just be prepared to walk approximately 1 mile to center street where most of the restaurants are.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach property. The accommodations were immaculately clean, inviting, and very comfortable. The location was quiet and peaceful, with an easy walk to the beach. Parking was convenient and plentiful, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this property to others.
