With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Guests will have access to a private parking space, the entirety of the rental, and the balcony!

The location is perfect. Coffee directly across the street and convenient for walking and shopping. Very safe area.

Great location! Many restaurants within 10 min walk, nearest coffee shop across the street, 3 min walk to king street. We did see reviews about the traffic noises being loud, which was true. You can hear cars and foot traffic going by all night since the bedroom is oriented to face the street. There was a noise machine provided which was a little helpful in drowning out people walking and talking but if you sleep light, be prepared to hear trucks or the trash trucks come by! Otherwise great stay.

Nice location. Clean linens. Only negative is that the sidewalk is right outside the bedrooms so it was noisy for sleeping. They did provide a noise machine though! Would book again!

We had a great stay! Very clean, easy to access, and in a perfect location. This spot is so close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The host was responsive and helpful. Perfect spot for a girls trip. We’d definitely come back!
