Great location. Walkable to all downtown/restaurants/shops. House was clean. Their managament company is right down the street to hold your luggage if you arrive early!

Good location for exploring historic Charleston. Driveway and parking tight but certainly manageable. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent communication with host. We had minor issue but it was remedied straight away.

Host was proactive with helpful information prior to check-in and instructions and directions. Host was very responsive to questions and efficiently fixed an issue for us. Location was great! So close to restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Bedrooms were spacious and mattress and bedding was super comfortable
Though we were not able to check in earlier than 4 o’clock, we did appreciate the convenience of dropping our luggage off at the office so we could start our day, the staff at the office was super friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and secure.

Nice central location
Nice central location. Property was clean and comfortable. Host was responsive to email questions. Parking was adequate. Easy check in and out. And we appreciated toiletries, ice and coffee provided. An extra lamp in living room would be nice for reading.
I booked this trip with my family for my birthday and we had a great time
I booked this trip with my family for my birthday and we had a great time! First off, I love that the unit we stayed in was tucked away and not right on the street so we were able to have parking and a little more peace walking outside. Great spot to be near king street, we walked to many shops and restaurants close by. All bedrooms are spacious and they all had extra fans in the room which was great because the Charleston heat is no joke! We had such a nice stay, I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is set back from the street
This place is set back from the street. A parking spot dedicated to the location was a plus. It’s steps away from lots of eateries and across the street from a corner store. There’s even a florist almost right next door.
Feels meant for several couples traveling together or a medium sized family. Each room has an overhead fan or a standing fan. Upstairs took longer to cool down than downstairs. No unexpected noise on top of being in a city- we didn’t hear bad construction or noisy neighbors. The accommodation has charm for a not-new-construction and so there were some creaks, cracks, and bumps to be had. Plenty of privacy indoors but we wouldn’t enjoy any outdoor seating due to the proximity of the housing around.
YourPad smoothed over any bumps we had with check-in and was accommodating. They were responsive and because of this we would consider staying again.
Mostly just fine. Not mad about it. Would I stay again? I wouldn’t say no, but I may investigate other options.

We had a great stay!!! The place was sparkling clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was easy with crystal-clear instructions, and our host replied within minutes. Make sure you check out the super cute coffee camper right in front of the house. Great place to get your morning coffee!!
