Excellent stay. The beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. Check in/out was simple and had clear instructions. The on site parking spot for one car is extremely tight and I could not fit my small SUV in there safely. I contacted the host and they allowed me to park one care at another property that was a 7-8 minute walk from the house . They recommended a parking garage (also a 7-8 minute walk away) for additional cars, which costs $24/day. Other than the less than ideal parking situation, I have no issues with this property and would book here again.

Overall nice and spacious for our family. Very disappointed in the ac. I was basically told it’s the best It could do. Was about 80 degrees the whole time inside. Not enjoyable pregnant. Also, something is wrong with the pipes, as the bathrooms had a stench to it. I think this place just needs a good week off for maintenance repairs.

Absolutely stunning! This was perfect for our first time in Charleston. The space was super clean and had the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate those who were staying there. As others have commented, parking was very tight. However, the recommendation that was given, helped us a lot. It was about a 10 minute walk to the parking garage. We will definitely be back!

The directions to access the house were a little confusing. The directions indicated a combo lock on the door to enter the porch, but there was no lock on that door. And the combo to enter the house was a little tricky. It did not always work on the first try.
Also, the instructions should say to just hit the lock button when leaving the house. Not all locks work the same way so I feel this is worth mentioning.
Also, we could not use the parking space that came with the house. We had to use a parking garage a couple blocks away. We were in a Kia suv, but not necessarily an oversized car. please be advised that the only type car that will fit in the spot is a compact car. The instructions did say large cars will not fit, but it should be changed to only compact cars will fit-cars similar to a mini cooper in size.

The Inns is a beatuiful place to stay. We had plenty of room, were able to walk everywhere and felt like we were in a safe place. The only issue we had, which we knew ahead of time, was the very small parking spot. One quick call to the management company and we found a garage within walking distance. The manaagement company and the concierge where quick to help with any questions we had on our trip. I hope to visit again soon. I woud highly recommend staying at The Inns to anyone visiting Charleston
