Great area near king street.
This place was perfect
This place was perfect! The location was perfect and walkable for everything our trip had in store! A very responsive host with everything. Would highly recommend staying here for the location and how cute the place is. I would definitely stay here again!
Overall good place to stay for 2-3 people
Overall good place to stay for 2-3 people. The living room furniture was visibly stained and dirty, there looked to be vomit on the back of the bathroom door and the bedding had some hair and staining on the bed sheets. Otherwise there it was pretty much as expected. There is only 1 parking spot which I did not see on the listing so plan accordingly. The listing did mention all the construction and it is very loud even on the weekend. The construction caused traffic to be rerouted at night.
We really enjoyed how close it was to the best parts of the city
We really enjoyed how close it was to the best parts of the city. The only downfall we had was the parking situation. Often times it was hard for us to pull in and out without scraping and was often blocked by cars making it hard to access. Other than that we were very satisfied and would definitely come back.
Had a wonderful time in Charleston
Had a wonderful time in Charleston. Our Airbnb was amazing and the team was extremely helpful/responsive! Everything was perfect besides at night time there is a lot of cars/motorcycles revving their engines but that has nothing to do with the Airbnb just the area! Again, they were a wonderful company and I would definitely book with them again.

My daughter and I stayed here for her college orientation, and the place was so cozy and cute. I was shocked at how much the kitchen offered in such a tiny space, and we were able to spread out upstairs and downstairs and never felt cramped. We walked several times just a block or two to eat. We ate pizza one night, and the next morning went to Island Provisions for breakfast. It was a quick 5-7 minute drive to the college. We could've walked, but it was very warm that weekend. Just like most spots in Charleston, there was plenty of construction surrounding us. I'm not sure you're going to escape that anywhere you stay, but they are working on a massive construction project right beside the rental which was loud all day. Overall, this place is great and in a perfect spot to get downtown.

Had a wonderful stay in Charleston. Very walkable to downtown. Great to have your own parking space at the cottage because parking is very difficult downtown. We came on a very hot week, and the air conditioning was great! The place was clean, and the contact was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great for a girls trip! Host was responsive and very friendly. Area is extremely convenient- Ubers were easy to catch and walkable to restaurants and other activities. Would recommend!
