I came here with two friends after the holidays for a girls trip. The location was great and just off King Street. The parking was ideal and helpful considering the city feel and dense area. It may be helpful to note that while there is space for about 5-6 guests, there is only one bathroom with a small shower. This was not a problem for 3 girls, but may be something to consider for families!

The place is clean. The beds are really comfortable and the instructions were easy. It’s location has walkable restaurants and cafes. Something to note is once you open the first door there are steep stairs to get to the apartment and the area is noisy, especially at night.

The entrance/ foyer terrified us into thinking we had been catfished. No secure place to store bags unlike the listing claims. Exterior warn and not kept up (bottle of pee at entrance). The inside was similar to photos but much more worn down. The ceilings are so low in the bedrooms / bathroom you can’t be more than 5’ 5” without smashing your head. There were SO many spider webs and little flies. The house was extremely loud even with sound machines it sounded like every car, person on the street and neighbor was right next to you. The management company was responsive but we had multiple problems with being locked out and it was very much not worth the thousand we paid

This was for a “Sisters retirement trip”. We were able to walk to all our historical sites, favorite restaurants, local jazz club, and the water taxi. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There are 2 set of stairs so be prepared to get your steps in. We enjoyed our stay.
