Our stay at this place was amazing
Our stay at this place was amazing. We loved the charm of the exposed brick, eclectic artwork, and hardwood floors. It is extremely spacious and worked perfectly for our family. The location is incredible. We were steps from the college and all of the shops and restaurants on King St. There simply is not a better location in Charleston if you want to be in the shopping/college district. If our daughter ends up going to school here, this Airbnb will definitely be our home away from home!

I do not like leaving bad reviews but it’s important to be honest. Very disappointed with this rental. We had trouble getting into the place and waited an hour for a response from host which still did not help us. We finally got in on our own. Place in desperate need of remodeling and updating. Door to actual unit did not lock. Street noise was mentioned in description but it was not made known that the noise was from a BAR. Not okay with me to be staying by a noisy bar. The sound machines provided did nothing to drown out the bar noise. Had bar patrons rubbing up against my vehicle in the night and using the bathroom on the wall/ground beside it. Everything was brought to the attention of the host during and immediately after our stay. He was very apologetic. I requested a partial refund due to all the trouble we experienced and he said he would talk to his team and the owner about that. It has now been 2 weeks with no response or resolution to the partial refund.

This is such a fun spot, lots of windows and right in the middle of town. Definitely a good place to stay if you are planning on walking around downtown a lot. Downstairs there’s one bedroom and upstairs is the king bed and bunk beds in one big room. Good for families or close friends. Just a warning, basically every room of the house is one step up or down from the room next to it! Was totally fine for our group though.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do—and the property was exactly as described. Everything was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate.
The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We also really appreciated how easy the parking and directions were, especially when on busy downtown streets.
Overall, a wonderful stay and a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The location of this Airbnb was truly phenomenal—so convenient—right on King St, and close to everything we wanted to see and do. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and stress-free. On top of the location perks, the rental amenities, space, and decor were perfect and made the space feel both comfortable and thoughtfully put together. It made our trip even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfectly situated place to stay.

What a great find this was! Certainly was less expensive options. But the value this place had is amazing! I was the hero of our trip because we brought friends with us and everyone loved this place that I found!
