Top floor of a multi-unit building
Top floor of a multi-unit building. The description of the unit was spot on. Communication both before, during and after out stay was proactive and helpful. You are within walking distance of restaurants and shopping as well as a very short walk to the beach. Each bedroom as well as the main living room had a TV so if you're there with children or other couples that's a plus. Everything was very clean and new which makes the experience more comfortable. The outdoor space is nice, both at the unit itself as well as common areas. Although we did not need it, laundry facilities are available.
Overall, a very nice stay at The Manchester.

This condo was in a great location and very convenient to the beach with a 1 to 2 minute walk. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire condo was very clean and neat. We would definitely stay again. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and needs!

We had a great stay at The Manchester. It’s a block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood and a 15-minute walk from the main strip in Folly Beach. The place was well appointed, comfortable and clean with a nice outdoor deck space. John was super communicative and could not have been a better host. If you’re looking for a nice condo that’s close to the beach and walking distance to downtown Folly Beach, this is the spot.

Our family absolutely loved this place! Such a convenient location a block away from the beach, the space was impeccable and the host was so helpful. They accommodated us last minute after another Airbnb in the area didn’t work out. So grateful we booked here and would definitely come back. The area is so cute and peaceful with great restaurants as well!

5 stars all around. This Airbnb was in a great location, very close to the beach and convenient to everything. The place was spotless, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. The beds and linens were comfortable , there was parking for two cars, and entry was simple and hassle-free. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything about the stay was easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again
