Great place for large groups! Was perfect for our group and very convenient to downtown Charleston. We had units A and B and it was perfect, and having off street parking was a huge plus. Host communicated well, all instructions were clear and they responded quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend for a large group!

Can’t say enough good things about this house. The location is perfect, the host was great, the amenities and everything that came along with the house couldn’t have been better, etc, etc. Will definitely be coming back for visits in the future.

Charming old Charleston home. We rented A & B and it was perfect for our family of 5. Our teen boys had the upstairs to themselves with a living area and kitchen while we had ours downstairs. Decorated nicely, the upstairs sofa was very comfortable so we spent more time up there. Had a fun time exploring the city of Charleston!

Our stay was top notch! The units were exactly what we needed, providing ample space for our large family. The decor was so inviting, and the layout was fantastic. Our hosts were very communicative and easy to get a hold of. The fact that the unit came with parking is a huge bonus and we loved how close it was to the hospital. The area is walker friendly. We will definitly be staying again in the future!

Good location in relation to places to eat and see but very noisy as it was close to the hospital. We heard a lot of sirens and helicopters each night.
We had two minor issues after check in but they were resolved quickly.
The kitchen was not stocked as well as expected. ( No salt, few coffee filters, and food stuck terribly in frying pans . ) More bath towels would have also been nice.

Cute place. Please be aware when you select that you need a place for 10 -you are getting two separate units, divided by an interior staircase. Also says sleeps 10 but that counts two people sleeping on the couch or air mattress. Linens and pillows are provided for the air mattress - but no extra blankets are available. Very nice interior and kitchen space. Parking is available for two vehicles - but with 10 people, you may often have 3 or 4 vehicles. It was nice to have coffee grounds provided. The heat is a little hard to regulate - upstairs gets either hot or cold. The water pressure in the shower could be better. The beds were really comfortable and I felt the towels were great hotel quality. Very close to everything downtown.

We rented both units for our family. The house was very nice, great location, comfy beds and easy check in process. Only feedback would be if you’re renting this as one unit- note that there is no common space between the two units so we were not able to comfortably hang out or eat all together since there was 5 adults and 2 small children.

When
