The house itself is gorgeous with great design. every room felt special/fun in some way, there were tons of bathrooms and everything felt clean! The layout is a little funky but it’s actually really nice because it created multiple “centers of the home” where people gathered.
The location is fantastic- just a few blocks from king street and SO walkable to everything you’d want to explore!
The hosts were wonderful too- super flexible with us and the communication was clear and prompt. I reached out with a few random questions 2-3 times and they responded so quickly which was helpful.
Every girl on the trip mentioned how awesome the house was and felt that what they got (even on a group trip!) was worth the cost. Highly recommend!!

We rented this for a bachelorette party for 12 women. It was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space to gather or have your own time. Beautiful, comfortable, and just as expected! Would recommend!

Myself, my family, and friends had a great time at the Monroe this weekend! It was the perfect space for a large group. We were able to utilize the two kitchen areas and upstairs hangout area quite a bit. We walked from the home to all our activities throughout the wkd. The proximity to everything downtown is great! Beautiful decor in the historic charming home with modern luxury mixed in. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay here! It’s very walkable to King Street, but still quiet at night. The house itself is beautifully done and everything was very clean! The host was very responsive, which I always appreciate.

The Monroe was exactly what my family was looking for! 5 siblings with 5 of our adult kids had a delightful stay with beds (delightful linens) for everyone, a big kitchen and most importantly, a room big enough for us all to gather and talk over coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Perfect location and ideal for a large group! All bedrooms have their own bathroom and there are several kitchen spaces which we loved. Highly recommend staying here!
