Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

5 stars for all except the cost… but we picked the most expensive month to go and it was a weekend. LOVED the home! Beds were super comfy, everything was very clean. We could hear the people staying above us walking around but the white noise machines were very helpful. It’s a gorgeous restored home with beautiful original flooring so we didn’t mind it at all! Wish we could’ve stayed longer and would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Oak Tree. It is in a lovely residential neighborhood but walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and stores. It’s difficult to find a place with 3 king beds and 3 en suite bathrooms but this place had just that and was perfect for 3 couples!

It is in a great neighborhood. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Our host was very proactive, friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

They were also very flexible and accommodating, which we really appreciated. And the space itself, WOW. The decor is absolutely stunning. You can tell so much thought and intention went into every detail. It felt stylish, cozy, and honestly just a joy to be in. This was one of those places that makes your trip even better just by being there. Would 1000% stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-run Airbnb!

Beautiful place and super hosts! Loved having a dedicated parking spot and being on one floor. Great location, can easily walk to downtown area. Yourpad was extremely responsive and helpful, even ran out and bought extra blankets our first night.
