With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Walkable. Not suitable for couples driving separately. No street parking. More than just "some noise". Sirens up to 4 times a night due to close proximity to hospital emergency dpt. Trucks barreling down the street as early as 3am.

You can't beat the location if you're staying in Charleston! It's close to a lot of wonderful restaurants and coffee shops, and we were also able to walk downtown fairly easily. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was a lot of space in the apartment! My daighter and I felt very safe. I called the host's number about a parking problem upon arrival and they were super responsive. All in all a great stay!

A great, centrally located apartment. Nicely finished and clean. Amenities such as shampoo were even provided. King Street was a few blocks away and very walkable. Neighborhood is quiet and has a cute coffee shop minutes away. There is also a nice Italian restaurant that we tried about 2 blocks away. The host sent out communications regularly. Overall, a wonderful experience.

This was a lovely two bedroom rental. The rental was pristine and well equipped. The hosts were very helpful and responded to messages quickly. The neighborhood was cute and there were some charming places within walking distance. Also, having a parking space off the street was fantastic. We also greatly appreciated being able to book just one night.
