Great stay! Host was always super responsive!
The pros: The space is cute and the location is convenient
The pros: The space is cute and the location is convenient.
The cons: The photos and listing are misleading. The house is split into at least 3 apartments with this one having access via an exterior staircase (~18 stairs). The front door pictured is never accessed as the stairs start in the driveway, in front of the other unit’s porch, so if privacy is your thing, this may not be the place for you. Also, it’s an old home, walls are thin. You can hear the other units if they get a little too loud and know exactly when their washer hits the spin cycle. The unit also needs some maintenance and a deep clean.
Finally, parking for this unit is not on property, it’s in a parking lot a few houses down. (There is a convenient 30 minute load/unload spot closer to the home though)

We enjoyed our short stay. It was super close to the hospital with super comfy beds which is what we needed.

The place was much smaller than the pictures made it look
The place was much smaller than the pictures made it look. The king size beds were nice (slightly hard) but we had to turn sideways to walk around the room, it was very tight. The proximity to the other rentals made it hard to sleep at night because the guests were loud. The water pressure in the shower was extremely light, likely due to four rentals being occupied at the same time. Some the outlets do not work unless the lights are on and the light that had to be on kept flickering because the bulb was going out. It made it a little difficult to work when I needed to. With all that said, these are minor issues and the place was cute and it served us well and the price was good. We drove everywhere but we probably could have walked.

Our stay was perfection for our group of 4! We enjoyed the large king beds and separate bathrooms in each room. It was a slightly tight fit, with our (shamefully overpacked) checked bag suitcases but overall the location WELL made up for it. We used the public bus transportation (CARTA/DASH) nearby to get around the first day and ended up just walking or doing quick rideshares, as it saved more time to enjoy this beautiful city! The parking lot was easy to access and convenient to the place. We had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The hosts were exceptional communicators and are one of the most accommodating I have used with Airbnb. Truly, had a great trip due to this beautiful place, we cannot wait to return again from out West.

Great place to stay! It was a bit on the smaller side but we loved that both rooms had King beds! They were so accommodating with us bringing an infant by providing a packnplay and high chair! It was ultimately a wonderful place!
