Had a quick trip to Charleston with some friends before Christmas. We had a blast and the house was perfect. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

My stay was changed due to a zoning issue
My stay was changed due to a zoning issue. The substitute unit was a second floor stay. My original choice was a tiny home ground floor. Not knowing until the night before there was no time to look elsewhere. It did not work for my medical issues. The internet did not work nor did the dryer. I chose not to have anyone come in during my stay, though it was not offered. They did extend my stay 2 days since unit was available for the original fee.

We enjoyed our stay overall, the unit was very boho-chic and convenient. Yet, as many older Charleston homes the walls/floors are old and thin. We we’re able to *clearly* hear the adjacent/bottom bachelorette party our entire stay. Additionally, the listing advertised “on-premise” parking but off-street parking was actually two houses down in a permit only hospital lot. All in all, good location and charming decor.

Lovely apartment with everything you need in a great location. We like walking and enjoyed discovering the area by foot, heading towards the French quarter and then onto King Street. World definitely stay again.

Cons: Steep, shallow stairs to get to the door. Weather was very hot during our stay, and the property only had one floor fan to supplement the AC. I had to go out and buy additional fans, which the rental company says they will reimburse me for.

This was perfect! It was great to have two king bedrooms with bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms included large walk in showers. The place was very clean and updated and private which was really nice. The location was perfect and parking was easy. The host was awesome and very communicative. I would definitely recommend and would gladly stay here again.
