The house was great for our group of four couples.
Beautiful house, great location
Beautiful house, great location! The kitchen was decently stocked for cooking meals. The beds were all comfortable, the showers were excellent. Overall, very comfortable house and walkable to food options and other shops.
Just note, you can hear everything going on outside. With the great location comes noise. This wasn’t an issue during the day but at night and early morning, it wasn’t ideal. The trash trucks came two mornings at 6am, it’s LOUD. There was a group staying at the property next door and at night , you could hear their every (loud) word. For some people this will be a non-issue but something others might find helpful.

It was an amazing location
It was an amazing location. There are so many neat shops, restaurants and boutiques within a short walking distance. Not including King Street which was a great on foot experience.
We stayed here with all our adult children
We stayed here with all our adult children. Space was large enough and the beds were comfortable. The pictures our definitely older and some areas can use some help. They had no pot holders or kitchen towels, so we had to use bath towels. They did provide enough linen. The master bedroom space for clothing is packed with additional/extra items , which is great if needed but when you don’t it sure takes up a lot of space where your supposed to put your clothes. We had to remove a lot of items just to hang clothes. Parking is an issue. We had 8 people plus an infant and obviously needed 2 vehicles and only 1 spot available at the unit. It’s a tight spot and hard to get out when another car is there. There is no street parking anywhere near the place for overnight. Parking garages were not the closest for overnight parking and of course expensive. We were thankful a business down the street offered to rent us his spot for the week. We were able to walk to king street which is convenient. The manager was easy to reach and responded to our request. Overall we had no major complaints and did enjoy our time.

This home is absolutely beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. It was built before the civil war which is really cool. We had a few minor issues and the host was very helpful even after hours. I highly recommend them.

7 women had a fabulous time in Charleston and enjoyed staying at this location. The house was exactly as described. It was great location for getting around. We drove a lot, but there are multiple walkable restaurants and shopping locations. We walked to bad bunny coffee, by the way, and multiple locations on king street. The French quarter is a short drive. It’s also only 20 minutes from Sullivan’s island and the airport. We visited during a heat wave, but still were able to use the rooftop patio. We also appreciated the extra toiletries, toilet paper, tide pods, etc. we did not need to buy any extra household items. We would definitely stay again!
