The unit was just as advertised. Spacious, well appointed with charm of Charleston. Close to King Street and about a 10 minute ride to downtown area--City Market, etc. We really enjoyed our dinner at Southbound, a 5 minute walk. Kitchen had all the needed amenities. Upon check-in we had to call for assistance with the code to get in the front door; it was discovered that the instructions for turning the lock were backwards.

The unit is very large - bedroom, bathroom, family room, deck, everything! Huge! Plus easy, assigned parking in the back So much more enjoyable than a hotel. If you’re staying here, be sure to catch the free shuttle (Green #211) at Cannon and King Streets. It takes you past all the important sites downtown.

Loved our long weekend stay! Plenty of room for both of us. Bed was very comfy and loved the private porch. Kitchen was pristine and had what we needed, but there was also plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Would love to come back!

Great 1 bedroom! Clean, neat and not cluttered, host was responsive, close proximity to a few restaurants, great parking for 1 car and public parking 2 doors down, and very relaxing outdoor porch! I would rent again without hesitation!
