We were in town for a wedding and the Air BNB was a perfect location
We were in town for a wedding and the Air BNB was a perfect location, easy access and the 4 bedrooms was perfect for our family. Highly recommend if you have 8-10 people staying in Charleston for vacation or coming to town for an event.
The communication was very good
The communication was very good. We had no heat when we checked in so they brought us space heaters until they could get a tech there first thing in the morning. Great location.
Beautiful home
Beautiful home. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Old home charm with new updates. We rated it 4 stars due to master bathroom mold and poor water pressure in the smaller shower. Very busy street in the morning can be loud. WiFi didn’t work upon arrival but a quick phone call solved problem. Some outlets didn’t work as well.
House is convenient and in a well lit safe area
House is convenient and in a well lit safe area. We were able to fit 3 cars in driveway and probably could have 4. Street parking right in front of house. There is another permanent unit upstairs and one space for them to the right but they are so nice and didn’t hear a peep from them. Backyard has a private area for sitting that was great! Please remember this is an older charleston house with a lot of character! Everything was very clean, plenty of extra linens and kitchen well equipped .Im very picky…when I say it’s very clean, updated and will stay again, that says a lot!! Wonderful stay!!!
It was clean and quiet
It was clean and quiet. The plumbing needs to be addressed in the hallway, bathrooms.The guest room TVs did not work consistently, but the living room TV did. The house as well as the outside area has mosquito issues as well as sewer flies. This needs to be addressed. The kitchen was beautiful, and the towels were clean and plentiful. The house cooling system was great. If you are looking for a location, close to restaurants and the downtown area this is a great choice.

We loved our stay at the Charleston Charmer! Extremely close to downtown, but also an easy 20 minute drive to Folly Island if you want beach time, this property truly has it all!
Our host was extremely helpful and responsive to messages ahead of time, and during our stay. The home is beautiful, spacious, and well appointed! Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms provided the perfect oasis after busy days seeing the sights.
Our family loved our stay at this property and would absolutely stay here again!
