Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Folly River, you will enjoy 6 miles wide of beaches, surfing, kayaking, boating, and endless sunset views. Beautiful Morris Island is a great spot to take in the sea life and panoramic views. Take a stroll down Center Street in Downtown Folly, which boasts tons of eclectic bars and restaurants that are fun for the whole family.

Folly is very easy to navigate on foot, by bike, or by car! This property is just a short walk to the public beach access. On the way to the beach make sure to stop by Bert's market to load up on beach snacks, or get an Orange Crush from Rita's Seaside Grille. If you ever have your fill of the beach life, Historic Downtown Charleston is just a 20 minute drive away!

We absolutely loved our stay! This condo is directly across the street from the beach and was honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed in Folly Beach—and I’ve stayed here many times. It was super cute, beautifully renovated, incredibly clean, and actually looked even better than the photos! It’s not huge, but it was the perfect size for four people and had everything we needed, including plenty of towels, beach essentials, and all the little things you need for a comfortable stay. The A/C worked great, which was definitely appreciated! We booked last minute during the week and got an amazing rate, so if you can, I’d definitely recommend checking weekday prices. Folly Beach is always a favorite for us—we love the surfing, waves, food, and laid-back atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to coming back! And definitely check out Catch 23 for sushi. 🍣🌊☀️

Perfect space and a great location. Walkable to center street and beach. Parking is labeled and easy to identify, if you’ve been to Folly you know parking is a premium. The place was decorated perfect.

We had no problems here and had an amazing time. The host was very sweet and good with communication. Would definitely recommend!!

yourpad (the host) was very helpful. we had a small issue when we arrived but it was all sorted out very promptly. great location, close to the beach. loved that there was a laundry available as we were touring for 3 weeks. bed was very comfy.
