Professional cleaning may be required every two weeks for stays over 13 nights at extra expense to guests. Scheduling can be arranged directly with our cleaners to suit your convenience.
Service Animal Rules
We try hard to maintain an allergen free environment using hypoallergenic bedding and unscented laundry detergent to help travelers with health problems due to allergies enjoy their stay. For this reason we do not allow pets though we love them.
We welcome true Service Animals but do not allow emotional support animals. We respectfully ask that you let us know you will be traveling with your service animal when booking so that we can prepare for intensive cleaning following your visit. If it is determined that an animal has stayed and we were not informed ahead of time, an extra cleaning fee will be charged because of last minute scheduling.
When staying with a service animal, it is expected that ADA guidelines are followed:
- Your animal will accompany you every time you leave the house; as it must be under handlers control at all times.
- Your animal must be kept quiet; as it is not allowed to disrupt our business by disturbing other guests.
- Your animal will not be allowed on furniture or bedding; as it is not allowed to pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others - meaning the health of those with dander allergies.
