We had a wonderful experience staying here
We had a wonderful experience staying here. T felt so private and homey even though it’s in a city location. It felt safe and insulated from the outside. We had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy!! The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with our stay at The Study
We were very pleased with our stay at The Study! We wanted to stay in the city, but not in a hotel. The Study was cozy, but exactly what we needed: an extremely comfortable king bed with lovely linens, two comfy chairs for reading, an exceptionally clean bathroom, and an equally clean, nicely-equipped kitchen with a table for our computers. I loved the historic nature of the house -- walking on floors from the 1800s, for instance -- and yet everything that we would expect to be modern (kitchen/bathroom) certainly was. Some people have written about road noise or noise from other guests. We heard very little if anything -- the occasional exit door closing or car passing by, but otherwise it was remarkably peaceful for living in the city. We did rent a car and discovered that the location of The Study was a surprisingly short ride to wherever we wanted to explore.
We did not see our hosts, but they checked in frequently, which we appreciated. Thanks for a lovely stay in Charleston!
We had a great stay
We had a great stay! The place was convenient, clean, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is great and very walkable to explore, grab coffee or a meal, and is minutes away from King st. We would stay again. Great communication from the host as well.

Loved our stay here
Loved our stay here! It met all of our needs for a short stay, and we appreciated the extra touches such as the beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas provided if you are opting for a beach day. It was perfect for a weekend trip, although with all of the amenities (washer + dryer, full kitchen, etc.), I can see it being perfect for a longer stay as well. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was very clean and was centrally located to what we wanted to do during our stay, with many nearby restaurants, coffee shops, etc. within easy walking distance. The host gave us check in/check out instructions within reasonable time and did not have an extensive check out procedures.
