Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

My friends and I had a wonderful girls getaway in Charleston for 3 nights. Beds very comfortable as well as linens. 2 large bathrooms and big kitchen and open to living room. We loved the restaurants and especially a food tour and shopping. . We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for comfortable place to stay in the city while visiting.

Communication with the host was smooth. Also appreciated the flexibility to store our bags before our late afternoon flight. Highly recommend!

We visit Charleston a few times a year, and this was our first stay at The Swan House—such a great find. Everything was super clean, comfortable, and just easy—the beds were so cozy, we all slept incredibly well.
We stayed four days and really appreciated having a washer and dryer—it made settling in feel more like home. The location is perfect—easy walk to everything, with amazing restaurants nearby and so close to King Street.
The hosts were responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless. Highly recommend and we will absolutely come back.
