Nice old southern style house with 2 separate private apartments (we were on the second floor)
Nice old southern style house with 2 separate private apartments (we were on the second floor). Fully modernized kitchen with new appliances. Front and back porches. Handy washer and dryer near kitchen. Comfy beds in 3 bright bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. Located near shopping and many restaurants (King Street especially). It’s located on a rather busy one way street, though, so daytime traffic can occasionally be a bit noisy. Not a deal breaker for us. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

An updated top floor one level apartment that has been styled to reflect Charleston vibe. Upper King neighborhood is walkable to a lot of great neighborhood spots as well as the main street. There is a lot of new construction ongoing in this neighborhood now which is reflected as you walk through the streets. We felt safe, great parking and in and out of the highways and access to Sullivans Island. Yourpad was responsive with any needs and the place was fully stock to make for a great weekend.

Brought the family down from Columbia for four days around the holidays to stay here. What an amazing space...traditional Charleston home that has been COMPLETELY renovated so beautifully. Absolutely stunning space, comfortable beds and linens, gorgeous bathrooms, and a kitchen better than most homes. I really can't say enough about this place...OH...except that it is directly across the street from Chubby Fish (phenomenal seafood restaurant) AND Seahorse (quaint little cocktail bar), and is only a few blocks from MANY other restaurants. Will definitely book again!

The house was beautiful on the inside! Modern interior, comfortable, clean kitchen, bathrooms! It was perfect for 4 adults, but could accommodate 5.
The neighborhood has some easy to walk to places, coffee, bagels and a few restaurants. Need an uber to get down town.

This was a well located apartment within the downtown area. Walking distance to many of the major sites and with great restaurants, coffee shops etc nearby
We had a number of problems (3 in total) during our visit which YourPad ultimately responded quickly two of them. One of the issues they fixed and it broke again and we had to call them back to fix
Another of the issues involved the gas (we couldn’t turn off the gas as the gas stove knob was broken) which if I hadn’t found a temporary solution could have had a disastrous impact on my family…
We could only get YourPad the following morning after I had found temporary fix to the gas leak from the stove, so we had a worrisome night

The place was super comfortable and spacious. We loved having 2 large bathrooms and 3 comfy bedrooms. The neighborhood is very walkable which was perfect because we didnt have a car. The road is pretty loud but they provided sound machines and fans that drowned out most of the noise. Overall, we loved the place and had a great time. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.
