Nice place and a very good location

We truly loved the house itself and overall enjoyed our stay
We truly loved the house itself and overall enjoyed our stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, and it worked well for our group in many ways.
That said, we were disappointed with the hot water situation. The listing is advertised to sleep 8 people, yet there was not even enough hot water for one person to take a 10-minute shower. Unfortunately, this became a big issue for us—especially after running a half marathon in ~30° weather, when all we wanted was a hot shower afterward.
For a home marketed to larger groups, we would expect a hot water system that can accommodate basic needs. We still enjoyed our time here, but this is an important consideration for future guests.

This is very nice place to stay
This is very nice place to stay. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are great. It is a short drive to just about everywhere you want to get to in Charleston. Very nice place.
There are, however, some caveats:
- The wifi is pretty bad. The router is in the upper floor bedroom at the back. If you are in that room or on the stairs, it works perfectly. If you are in the living room, it is hard to connect to and it drops. Several of our devices had connection issues. These could be solved by going and sitting on the stairs.
- The driveway is extremely narrow. We didn't have an issue, but we drove about as slow as you can to get down it. We never got into the garage. The push button opener was unreliable and we didn't want to chance getting the car stuck in there.
- The front bedroom has a lot of road noise. Like, a lot. If you are a light sleeper, choose a different room or bring ear plugs.
Again, this is a very nice place. The flaws were more nits to us than real issues.

We enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The area is walkable. So many restaurants and small grocery stores if you need to pick up something.
We had an issue with the WiFi, but it wasn't bad enough for someone to come inspect/repair. We did notify the host they might want to consider getting an extender. When sitting in the LR, our laptops, and sometimes cell phones, would not stay connected to the WiFi. The host said they would definitely consider and have someone inspect.
You won't be disappointed if you stayed here!
Place was very clean and updated
Place was very clean and updated. The street was busy and lots of car noise, sirens and airport noise but it didn't wake us at night so not too much of an issue. But if you are a light sleeper, be aware. Would be nice to have a coat rack or something at the front door for the cold season. There is not a lot of space for 6 people to fit comfortably in the living room as there is only one couch that seats 3 and a chair along with 3 stools for the bar. Bedrooms were good size. Bathrooms were nice and also updated. The hot water was an issue for 6 people and we even waited 30 mins or tried to between each person. The driveway and garage are very narrow so larger SUV's will have an issue. The hosts were nice and responsive. Thank you!
