This house was perfect for our group
This house was perfect for our group. It was spacious, clean and comfortable and walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. We loved having multiple outdoor spaces and a beautiful living room to spend time in. We would definitely come back!

We booked this house for a bachelorette trip and overall had a great time! We had a few pro/con moments for future guests to consider:
Pros:
- Hard to beat the location! Walkable with great restaurants and shopping nearby. Cheap Ubers when it was raining which is a plus.
- Beautiful updated home with great features and amenities.
- Quick responses from the host answering any questions we had.
- We were able to fit 3 small/medium-sized cars in the driveway.
- Safe neighborhood. We felt very safe as a group of younger women staying there.
Cons:
- Loud construction early in the mornings at the house next door. Friday morning they started with loud trucks and banging at 5AM (not sure how that is allowed in a neighborhood).
- The house is older and not well insulated, so you could hear everything happening at the neighbors' houses (construction, talking, music, etc). This woke some of the girls up, as the neighbors were usually active at 2 or 3AM.

Great location for our young family. Walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. Would definitely come back. House was very clean and spacious.

We absolutely loved this place. Exactly as described. In the heart of downtown easily walked where we wanted for shopping, food, ice cream! definitely recommend!

We were two couples meeting up for a fun weekend plus a visit to a student at CofC. This is an absolutely lovely house in one of the best neighborhoods for visiting Charleston, no matter what your plans. Everything updated, stylish, and comfortable. Nice areas for both gathering (living room, three cute porches) but also privacy on separate floors for sleeping. Well-stocked kitchen for the night we ordered takeout, really convenient to have the half-bath downstairs. Bathrooms all clean, comfortable, and stocked with towels. Perfect for walking to King Street and lots of delicious restaurants all around (we loved getting a pre-dinner drink at The Tippling House right around the corner!). YOURPAD management company was terrific with communication thru AirBnB messaging: instructions, recommendations, and checking in to make sure all was going well during the stay. We will certainly stay here again if we have the chance!
