Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

We were visiting out of state for a friends birthday. This was a great location with just a short walk to downtown where most of the night life is. There was 8 of us and there was a perfect amount of room for us to stay comfortably. The host was very responsive in helping us with a hot water issue and late check out. I can't recommend this stay enough we had a wonderful weekend and hopefully we have a reason to return because I would definitely book again!

This space was amazing! It was close to coffee shops and places to walk to, has parking, and was so easy to find. We had a 4 day bachelorette stay here and it was incredible. John was very responsive, and the check in and check out process was SO easy. I would definitely stay here again. A perfect place for a group of friends, family or anything you could imagine. I loved it!!!
