Historic Charleston Abode! Close to King St!
Located in historic Charleston, SC Cannonborough area within walking distance to popular restaurants and pubs. This charming apartment is only 6 blocks to shopping on King Street and has a Free Trolley pickup stop 1 block from the house.
High ceilings, gleaming heart pine floors, original mantled fireplaces help give our guests a true Charleston experience.

The apartment has a large piazza and off street parking. It is located only a block away from three popular restaurants, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Bistronomy By Nico and Fuel. Walk about 5 blocks and you will be on King Street with many of Charleston's favorite new restaurants and boutiques.
The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Very nice place to stay for the night. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Checkout was 10am which was a bit early, in my opinion. Southbound was a great restaurant within walking distance. Highly recommend! Charleston is darling and we will definitely be back.

We visited Charleston for the first time and had an amazing stay! The location is within walking distance to everything we wanted do, and pretty close to the main strip. The room itself was really nice and comfortable, and check in was really easy. Linda was very responsive and provided some great recommendations. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Not sure how ANY guest could ever write a bad review about this place. You want an authentic Charleston feel right near King street this this is the place to stay. 4 blocks from king. Inside is great condition for EXACTLY what you expect in a cute Charleston home.
Seriously, don’t listen to any other reviews. It’s not loud, it’s perfect location, it’s nice and in great condition for what you will see in downtown Charleston. Private too

Great safe and walkable area. Close to restaurants, shopping and local attractions but with a neighborhood feel. Beautiful historic home with comfortable bed, all listed amenities provided (tv (use your own login) coffee, kitchen) and free on-site parking! We were not bothered by street/neighbor noise but still loved the addition of the noise machines. Initially, I thought the price was a bit high but for free parking/pets this is a good deal, especially in Charleston.
