This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

We had a great time staying here. There was plenty of space for a large group to have their own space, but also plenty of communal areas to hang out together. Location is great with a few options nearby, but out of the way enough that it’s pretty quiet. Would highly recommend to any group staying in Charleston!

We were in Charleston for a family reunion and the Inns was a wonderful place for stay. There were 16 of us, and we appreciated the ample amount of bedrooms for us to spread out and then come together in the common spaces. The cottage provided privacy and respite for the couple with two small kids. The hosts were very friendly, and extremely responsive in communication both when we had questions before the trip and during our stay as well. We enjoyed this Airbnb a lot!

I will make it easy to read for the next potential customer..Here it is in bullet points: Location: Excellent and very nice area. Feels private, but has all you need in a walking distance. A small corner/grocery store, few nice cafes, a couple of European style cafes, and some unique clothing shops. Location is also very short drive from historic streets, market, and the town's lovely downtown. House: 3 floors and each floor (if you want it to be) can be its own private residence (each floor has its own bedrooms, bathrooms, sitting area..etc. So one family can have all the space, or 2 (or 3 families can have their very own private place. There is a separate guest house right outside the back door. So in reality, 4 families if you want. Host: Very responsive host who provided us with great recommendations, and easy to follow instructions. Charleston is a lovely city, and the experience with this AirBnB was excellent. I would use this AirBnB again in our next trip to Charleston.

We enjoyed our house and stay! As we entered the house, it smelled so good! We were welcomed with bottles of champagne and cupcakes! The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated! Great for large groups! I had my whole family in and together for my wedding! There is not a standard fridge if expecting one, so unable to buy large amounts of food but there are 2 mini fridges and fabulous restaurants close by! The hosts are very responsive! I would definitely stay in this Airbnb again!

Our group of 13 adults were on a retreat and so appreciated the location - its proximity to airport and to historic sites. The house was very clean and ready when we arrived. Responsiveness of the host was excellent both before and during the stay. Just be aware that the main floor kitchen/living area has insufficient chairs to accommodate a group of 13 for meals and discussions and the gas stove is “tricky” to turn on. Also, there is a full refrigerator, but you go outside to get to it in a room with the washer/dryer.
