With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

This property is very close to King St, where all the shopping and dining destinations are located. All of the beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for large groups to stay and gather. Nice outdoor patio area, too. We will stay here again.

Great location just a few blocks from King Street. Many restaurants, coffee shops, and small stores nearby. We had both units and made full use of the outdoor space. Having 2 off street parking spaces was very convenient.

Great place for a girls’ weekend getaway. Very responsive to all requests. There is some street noise but fans and noise machines were excellently placed.

We booked this lovely home early on for my son's wedding. There were a couple of small issues upon check-in, but the hosts were exremely responsive and handled things like a champ. The location was amazing and it came with two parking spaces—a rarity in this historic district of Charleson.
Everything was pristine and the beds were so comfortable. My family especially enjoyed the front porch and spent all of our down time sitting out there with wine and guitars playing, greeting passersby and laughing at some of the crazy Halloween shenanigans and costumes. At one point, three Teletubbies crammed together on one motorcycle rode by and I wondered if I had somehow lost my sanity, but later when dracula walked by, smoking a cigarette, I remembered it was Halloween!
The only negative thing I have to say, and this doesn't reflect on the management team or the property istself, is the large fees tacked onto Airbnb rentals. I don't know if this is system wide or regional.
Lisa, we're incredibly grateful your were pleased with our service and the home! Parking in Charleston is pretty rare so we're happy to hear we could accommodate. We loved the opportunity to stay in a charming historic home so close everything !
We rented both A and B units which worked out great for all of us including my two kids and their families. Beds were so comfortable, everything clean and kitchen nicely appointed. Beautiful patio and walkway garden to the front porch. Great little neighbor places to eat or grab coffee and breakfast, and easy access either walking, Uber or bike taxi to all of Charleston. Host was super responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. The coffee shop next door had great coffee and breakfast(gluten free option), it was close to King St. which made it easy to shop and go to restaraunts.
Being closed to King St is indeed what our most of our travelers loved about the rental, it gives them a lot of options to shop and eat. Nice to hear you had a great stay, Kate! Thank you!
