With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

This was a perfect spot for a weekend in Charleston. Host provided exceptional guide to the area & lots of clear instructions. Unit was so cute & well decorated. Had everything you needed. Host was very responsive when we had to request additional parking at the last minute.
Great restaurants on Spring Street. Would definitely stay here again!

Really lovely apartment. Looked better than the pictures, and bigger. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Very well equipped kitchen (apart from lack of kettle - but I think that's an English peculiarity!). You could definitely have cooked a proper meal if you wanted to stay in. Both bedrooms beautifully decorated, both with huge and very comfortable beds. Big flat screen TV in each bedroom and the living room. Living room was very comfy - great sofa - and light. Location is good though I would say it's quite a long way from the "action" (in itself a positive in that it's a quiet residential area). We didn't have (and didn't want) a car and walking to King Street and beyond was quite a trek - albeit interesting (along Spring or Cannon). There's a free shuttle bus which goes from just round the corner on Cannon, though not hugely frequent. And of course you can always book an Uber. It was just a bit of a shame there weren't any bars/cafes immediately nearby. But all in all excellent!

The unit was great — private, clean, and well furnished! It was super easy to get to and check-in. The host was very responsive but the whole experience was so straightforward there wasn't much to ask about! The location was great too — while I'm sad that across the street Gnome closed, this area of Charleston has a ton of new restaurants and cafes opening up.

Super easy check in and located very close to King street. The house looked just like the pictures and host was super easy to communicate with. Host also offered us an extra parking spot that was a block away since there is only one onsite. But it wasn’t a bad walk at all. Would def stay again!

Having a long Labor Day weekend my family and I decided to find a quick spot in Charleston to stay. This place was an awesome find. It was aesthetically pleasing and a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone heading that way.

Charleston is a beautiful city and so was this place. It was everything expected and more. Just in the neighborhood were small shops and restaurants, but King street is just a brief trek away if you’d like a taste of the town. Michael was kind and responsive. I loved how clean the house was, including the comfortable large beds and spacious nice bathroom.
If you’re at all pleased with the pictures and description of this place, don’t hesitate bc it’s all there.
